Common questions.

Is CORA a doctor?

No. CORA gives general health information and helps you find and book care. It does not diagnose illness, prescribe medicines or replace a health worker.

I sent a request. When will I hear back?

The clinic reviews your request and confirms a time. Your request shows as “Pending confirmation” until then. [State the expected response time, once approved]

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Open your request in CORA and choose Change or Cancel. Your original appointment stays in place until a new time is confirmed, unless you cancel it.

Can I book for my child or a parent?

[Confirm what is possible at launch. Family and carer access is planned.]

I forgot my password.

Choose “Forgot password” on the CORA sign-in screen and follow the link we email you.

Does CORA work on slow internet?

[Confirm low-bandwidth and offline behaviour, for example requests saved and sent when you are back online]

Who runs CORA?

[Publishing entity legal name], Government of Guyana. CORA is part of CORTEX, the national digital health platform.
